Which kind of rice is advisable in a low-carb-diet?

How much carbohydrates does a 100 g of rice contain if we separate out the starch, which is usually done in rural India? I am on a low carb diet. But I have a weakness for rice. Can rice be eaten after taking the starch out?

The protein and carbohydrate content is as follows:
White rice raw (average):
Proteins - 15g
Carbohydrates - 170g
White rice boiled:
Proteins - 5.2g
Carbohydrates - 62g
Fried rice:
Proteins - 4.4g
Carbohydrates - 50g
Rice (e.g.. Boiled Rice), has a medium-high carbohydrate count and is discouraged by most low carb diets - at least in the early very-low-carb phases of the eating plan. Even so, less-processed whole grain rice remains a very healthy diet food as it contains important nutrition like vitamins and minerals; for example, brown rice and wild rice (the cultivated seed of a water grass plant) are good sources of protein, vitamin B1 and magnesium.
