Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting

Is Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) a must in people who have double left vessel disease? How safe is it for healthy people over 75 years of age?

'Double left vessel disease' is an unusual expression and I assume it implies disease of the Left Anterior Descending (LAD) and circumflex vessels. Whether this combination needs CABG or balloon angioplasty or medical treatment depends on the degree of blocks and your clinical status.
CABG at 75 years of age carries no risk higher than at an earlier age.
